Taiho is the brand of Hefei Taihe Intelligent Technology Group Co., Ltd. (泰禾智能), a Chinese company headquartered in Hefei, Anhui Province. It builds sorting and inspection equipment based on AI visual recognition: optical color and shape sorters, X-ray foreign-object detectors, and fruit graders. Its equipment is distributed in over 120 countries and regions.
For nuts, fruits, and vegetables, Taiho offers sorters for walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, raisins, and garlic, plus X-ray systems for bulk nuts, dried fruit, and dehydrated vegetables. It also makes sorters for rice, grains, tea, ore, and recycled materials.
Albion does not manufacture this equipment: it represents and distributes it in Argentina, including the full line, and also builds special configurations with a Taiho optical sorter integrated into Albion lines (see gallery).
