Which almond line fits my volume?
For a flow of 300–350 kg/h of calibrated in-shell almond, the ALP 300: it's the entry point to industrial cracking for mid-size producers. If you need 600–650 kg/h, the ALP 700 brings the same architecture to industrial scale with parallel crackers.
What capacities do Albion's almond lines offer?
There are two scales: 300–350 kg/h with the ALP 300 and 600–650 kg/h with the ALP 700. In both cases the figure is measured on calibrated in-shell almond, which is what goes into the line.
What comes with an almond cracking line?
The whole path from whole almond to classified kernel: feeding, inverted-cone cracking, separating screen with vacuum aspirator, Mega Aspirator, inspection conveyor, and classification into whole and broken kernels. The ALP 300 has 9 machines; the ALP 700 has 10 because it adds a hydraulic bin tipper.
How does the line arrive, and what warranty does it carry?
It is pre-assembled and concatenated in Albion's workshop before dispatch, so it arrives ready to install on-site. It carries a 12-month warranty on mechanical parts of our own manufacture, excluding consumables and damage caused by improper maintenance.
