It takes hazelnuts just as they come in from the field and leaves them clean and sorted before packing. In a single system it separates branches and leaves, removes stones and soil, washes by a double method (rotation and flotation) and allows visual control by operators.
The AV 10000 line runs at 8,000–10,000 kg/h. It is the highest-capacity line in the Albion catalog and is designed for cooperatives and high-volume packers.
It includes 13 integrated machines: receiving vat, debrancher, aspirator, trommel, rotary washer, flotation washer, inspection conveyor with platforms, reject collection conveyor, cyclonic separator and four elevators that move the product and the rejects. All product-contact surfaces are AISI 304 stainless steel with a sanitary polish.
Yes. The AV 10000 architecture can be scaled down for smaller volumes as a custom-design project. Our individual equipment catalog also offers a bin tipper, elevators, an inspection conveyor and a weigher-bagger for nuts, sold as standalone units; ask us whether any of them fits your plant.
