The T 1200 CMZV 7T takes garlic sizing to industrial regime: 3,500–4,000 kg/h in a four-module architecture. For large packers and cooperatives moving significant garlic volume and receiving product already pre-sorted by an external system or mechanical harvest + technified drying.
Four modules at industrial scale:
- Bin Tipper sized for continuous industrial flow.
- Pre-cleaning Screen and Roller Loader scaled for 4,000 kg/h.
- Garlic Sizer with larger cross-section and 6+1 sizes.
Benefits:
- More capacity than the T 900 (3,500–4,000 kg/h vs 2,000–2,500 kg/h) with the same operational simplicity.
- Natural upgrade path from T 900 CMZVC as volume grows.
