On washing lines, Visys detects stones and mineral matter that raisins carry over from sun-drying — the most recurring physical contaminant in premium raisins. Inserted as the final sorting module before packing.

After pitting, Visys identifies residual pit fragments inside the flesh — a critical defect human inspection cannot reliably catch at industrial speed. Essential for export markets where a single fragment can trigger claims.

On cracking and sorting lines, Visys complements the Taiho sorter with X-ray and hyperspectral scanning — detecting shell fragments, glass, or metal that color cameras alone cannot see. It's the filter required by European and North American premium export audits.
