The T 900 CMZVC is our mid-capacity garlic sizing line without manual inspection: an essential five-module configuration for producers who receive pre-sorted product and need mechanical cleaning and sizing. It delivers a commercial matrix of 5 sizes + 1 reject fraction.
Five modules, continuous flow:
- Bin Tipper: discharges product without impact onto the screen.
- Pre-cleaning Screen: separates loose soil, root remains, and detached scales before brushing.
- Brusher: rotating brushes that finish cleaning the bulb and enhance presentation.
- Roller Loader: separates clumped heads and aligns them for sizing — a key step for precision.
- Garlic Sizer: delivers the 5+1 commercial sizes (5 grades + reject fraction).
