A detailed process for an impeccable result:
- Controlled feeding: the process starts with a robust Hydraulic Bin Tipper with independent power unit, followed by an Inclined Dosing Feeder Belt that ensures a steady, uniform flow.
- Deep multi-stage washing: the fruit first enters a Rotary Pre-Washer with stainless cylinder and water rain. It then passes to the Cascade Washer (sized for 600 kg/h) where recirculated water removes any remaining impurities.
- Efficient rinsing and drying: a Rinsing and Dewatering Vibrator applies a clean-water shower and recovers excess water. A Centrifuge then removes surface water, leaving the raisin with the perfect moisture level, undamaged.
- Intelligent inspection and finishing: after a final quality control over Illuminated Inspection Conveyors, the product moves to the Elevator with Brightener — a stainless-steel auger with dosing pump that applies brightening oil in exact proportion while elevating the raisin to the next stage. Finally, the Automatic Weighing module dispenses product in exact batches via load cell + touch screen, ready for packaging.
