The PUB 600 D brings the complete PUA 2000 D architecture to a more accessible scale: same process philosophy (decompacting + cleaning + conical destemming + sizing) sized for medium processors moving 550–600 kg/h. Delivers clean, loose raisin classified into three sizes at the output, ready for washing or packaging.
An integral process for superior performance:
- Reception and decompacting: the line starts with a Hydraulic Bin Tipper and an Inclined Dosing Feeder Belt with metering rake and damper. An integrated Cluster Decompacter begins breaking up compact clusters.
- Intensive primary cleaning: the product enters a Two-Level Vibrating Screen that separates loose raisins and pedicels. A powerful Vacuum Aspirator with automatic waste discharge via motorized rotary valve extracts stems, leaves, and light residues.
- High-efficiency conical destemming: the heart of the system is the Destemmer with Screen — a next-generation conical refiner with inner rubber paddles and grooved rubber-lined walls, height-adjustable for different raisin types. A screen at its base immediately separates the stems.
- Final cleaning and sizing: a second Vacuum Aspirator ensures maximum purity. The clean raisin is carried by an Elevator to the Sizing Screen, which classifies it into three commercial sizes at the output.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. Product-contact surfaces and critical zones (destemmer, screens) in stainless steel with sanitary polish. Modular plastic conveyors with paddles. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
