The PUA 300 L is our compact raisin washing and finishing line, designed for producers who prioritize quality over volume: dried-fruit farms, artisan brands, niche exporters. With 250–300 kg/h capacity, it delivers washed, dewatered and brightened raisins with the same sanitary philosophy as the industrial PUA 2000 L — in a reduced footprint and with accessible investment.
Four modules in continuous flow:
- Cascade washer: raisins enter the recirculating water bath that removes impurities and conditions the product. Same cascade principle as industrial lines, sized for 300 kg/h.
- Rinsing and dewatering vibrator: applies a clean-water shower for the final rinse and recovers excess water through vibration. Output: rinsed product with balanced moisture.
- Illuminated inspection conveyor: enables final quality control with high-intensity lights. The operator reviews product under uniform visibility before the final step.
- Elevator with brightener: transports the raisin upward while a dosing pump applies brightening oil in exact proportion. The raisin exits ready for packaging, with the characteristic shine of premium exports.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Product-contact surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel with sanitary polish — the same philosophy as the large lines. Sanitary white plastic belts. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
