The PUA 300 D is our compact destemming and sizing line, designed for boutique producers who receive grapes in clusters and need to mechanize the process with the same technology as industrial lines — but in a reduced footprint and with accessible investment.
Four integrated modules, vertically arranged to save space:
- Dosing feeder with cluster decompacter: regulates intake at 300 kg/h and starts breaking up compact clusters so the rest of the process runs at steady flow.
- Conical destemmer: the same conical refiner used in industrial lines — inner rubber paddles and grooved rubber-lined walls, height-adjustable for different raisin types. This is where the raisin is separated from the rachis.
- Aspirator: positioned in-line to extract stems, leaves, and light residues, ensuring product purity before sizing.
- Vibrating sizing screen: classifies clean raisins into commercial calibers for different markets.
Compact design that saves plant floor space:
The vibrating sizing screen sits below the conical destemmer and aspirator, leveraging gravity and cutting the required space in half. Result: a complete industrial line that fits in any boutique production warehouse.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frame in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. Critical zones (destemmer, screen) in stainless steel with sanitary polish — same philosophy as the industrial lines. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
