The CR 1000 6T BC shares the same Ø950 sizer with 6 sizes as the CR 1000 6T, but swaps the lateral outlet for direct central discharge into bins — the ideal option for plants that palletize in bins rather than bags, eliminating intermediate handling between sizing and palletizing.
A reliable, efficient process:
- Steady, safe feeding: the process starts with the Hydraulic Bin Tipper, compatible with standard bins. A Bucket Elevator then transports the walnut smoothly and continuously up to the sizer.
- High-precision classification: the walnut enters the heart of the line — the Ø950 Rotary Cylinder Sizer, perforated in 6 sectors that classify product into 6 commercial sizes (5 lateral + 1 end).
- Central bin discharge (BC): instead of lateral outlets for bags, this variant collects each size beneath the cylinder and routes it to centrally-positioned bins, eliminating manual handling and enabling integration with automatic palletizers.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. Precision-machined perforated cylinder, mounted on self-aligning bearings. Extraction belts with sanitary-polished surface. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
