Seven modules at maximum:
- Hydraulic Bin Tipper sized for continuous industrial flow without waits between dumps.
- Elevator with dosing hopper of large capacity for 3,500 kg/h, with modular plastic belt and bottom scraper.
- Cleaning Screen with lateral waste discharge and Vacuum Aspirator with automatic waste removal via motorized rotary valve: full pre-inspection cleaning sized for high flow.
- Inspection Conveyor with ample space for a full operator team working in parallel, with proper lighting for visual detection.
- 13-Caliber Sizer - 1800mm working width in two bodies with maximum cross-section, vibrating screens and interchangeable perforated plates (hole diameters of choice).
- Automatic Mobile Cart with rubber paddles that keep the sizing surface clean.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. All product-contact surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel with sanitary polish. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
