- Hydraulic Bin Tipper, Elevator, Cleaning Screen, and Vacuum Aspirator (identical to the CE 1500, sized for 3,000 kg/h with automatic waste discharge).
- 15-Caliber Sizer - 1500mm working width in two bodies — maximum granularity available — with vibrating screens, interchangeable perforated plates (hole diameters of choice) and pyramidal hoppers with guillotine-type gates.
- Automatic Mobile Cart with rubber paddles that keep the sizing surface clean.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. All product-contact surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel with sanitary polish. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
