The CE-E 1200 takes the premium concept to the catalog's limit: 15 sizes (14 lateral + 1 end), the absolute maximum available in the C family. Differentiated from the CE 1200 only by the sizer — two additional grades for the most demanding markets that pay a premium for every millimeter of variation.
Six modules with maximum-granularity sizer:
- Hydraulic Bin Tipper, Elevator, Cleaning Screen, and Vacuum Aspirator (identical to the CE 1200, all with lateral waste discharge and automatic waste removal via motorized rotary valve).
- 15-Caliber Sizer - 1200mm working width in two bodies — the family C maximum — with vibrating screens and interchangeable perforated plates (hole diameters chosen by the customer). Pyramidal hoppers with guillotine-type gates plus elevated platform with inspection stairs.
- Automatic Mobile Cart with rubber paddles circulating over the sizer to keep the surface clean.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. All product-contact surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel with sanitary polish. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
