The CE 1800 is the line with the highest capacity at the 13-size commercial matrix (12 lateral + 1 end). For large packers and cooperatives moving more than 3,000 kg/h who need the mid-premium matrix. Same CE architecture scaled to a larger industrial regime.
Six modules at maximum scale:
- Hydraulic Bin Tipper sized for continuous industrial flow without waits between dumps.
- Elevator with dosing hopper of large capacity, modular plastic belt with paddles and bottom scraper.
- Cleaning Screen and Vacuum Aspirator scaled for 3,800 kg/h without losing contact time. The aspirator automatically discharges waste via motorized rotary valve.
- 13-Caliber Sizer - 1800mm working width in two bodies with maximum cross-section, vibrating screens with interchangeable perforated plates and pyramidal hoppers with guillotine-type gates.
- Automatic Mobile Cart with rubber paddles that keep the sizing surface clean.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. All product-contact surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel with sanitary polish. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
