- Hydraulic Bin Tipper with independent power unit, compatible with 1,000×1,200 and 1,200×1,200 bins.
- Elevator with dosing hopper of large capacity, modular plastic belt with paddles and bottom scraper for full unloading.
- Cleaning Screen with stainless folded sheet and lateral waste discharge directly to bins.
- Vacuum Aspirator with electric blower and automatic waste discharge via motorized rotary valve.
- 13-Caliber Sizer - 1500mm working width in two bodies, with vibrating screens and interchangeable perforated plates (hole diameters chosen by the customer) and pyramidal hoppers with guillotine-type gates.
- Automatic Mobile Cart - 1500mm with rubber paddles circulating over the sizer, preventing fruit from sticking to the plates.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. All product-contact surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel with sanitary polish. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
