The CE 1200 raises the commercial matrix from 7 to 13 sizes (12 lateral + 1 end) — a key differentiator for exporters serving markets that pay for fine subdivision, such as the UK, Germany, or certain Japanese retailers. Same six-module architecture as the CD 1200 but with a finer-granularity sizer in two bodies to accommodate more plates, all on a 1200mm working-width.
Six modules with premium sizer:
- Hydraulic Bin Tipper with independent power unit, compatible with standard bins.
- Elevator with dosing hopper feeding the screen via modular plastic belt and bottom scraper.
- Cleaning Screen with lateral waste discharge, and Vacuum Aspirator with automatic discharge via motorized rotary valve (full pre-sizing cleaning).
- 13-Caliber Sizer - 1200mm working width in two bodies, with vibrating screens and interchangeable perforated plates (hole diameters of choice). Pyramidal hoppers with guillotine-type gates, plus elevated platform with inspection stairs.
- Automatic Mobile Cart - 1200mm with rubber paddles circulating over the sizer to keep the surface clean.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. All product-contact surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel with sanitary polish. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
