The CD 1500 is the scaled version of the CD 1200, nearly doubling capacity to 2,500–2,700 kg/h with a 1500mm working-width sizer. Same six-module architecture, sized for packers serving export markets with medium-high volumes. Every component is oversized to sustain long seasons.
Six modules at industrial scale:
- High-frequency Hydraulic Bin Tipper with independent power unit to sustain continuous tipping without waits.
- Elevator with dosing hopper sized for continuous 2,700 kg/h flow, with modular plastic belt and bottom scraper.
- Cleaning Screen and Vacuum Aspirator scaled to maintain optimal contact time at industrial regime. The aspirator automatically discharges waste via motorized rotary valve.
- 7-Caliber Sizer - 1500mm working width with vibrating screen and interchangeable perforated plates (hole diameters of choice). Pyramidal hoppers with guillotine-type gates.
- Automatic Mobile Cart - 1500mm with rubber paddles that keep the sizing surface clean.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. All product-contact surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel with sanitary polish. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
