The CD 1200 adds what was missing from the CA 1200: Hydraulic Bin Tipper, Cleaning Screen, and Vacuum Aspirator at the line head. This ensures the sizer always receives clean product — free of fines, loose pits, and light particles — preserving sizing accuracy and reducing mechanical wear. 1200mm working-width sizer.
Six modules for a complete process:
- Hydraulic Bin Tipper with independent power unit and cylinders, compatible with standard 1,000×1,200 and 1,200×1,200 bins. Tips product without impact or free fall.
- Elevator with dosing hopper feeding the screen via modular plastic belt with paddles and bottom scraper.
- Cleaning Screen with stainless folded sheet and lateral discharge of waste straight to bins. Removes fines, loose pits, and plant debris.
- Vacuum Aspirator with electric blower and automatic waste discharge via motorized rotary valve. Removes peduncles, leaves, and light particles.
- 7-Caliber Sizer - 1200mm working width with vibrating screen and interchangeable perforated plates (hole diameters of choice). Now receives pre-cleaned product for maximum precision.
- Automatic Mobile Cart - 1200mm with rubber paddles that keep the sizing surface clean.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. All product-contact surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel with sanitary polish. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
