The CA-E 1000 improves on the CA 1000 7T in the one dimension that matters for some exporters: 9 size grades instead of 7 (8 lateral + 1 end), on the same 1000mm working-width sizer. For markets that price-differentiate at finer granularity — e.g., certain European buyers who separate extra-large and mega-large — the 9-size matrix delivers more selling options without increasing infrastructure investment.
Three modules, finer output granularity:
- Elevator with dosing hopper feeding the sizer via modular plastic belt with paddles and bottom scraper.
- 9-Caliber Sizer - 1000mm working width with vibrating screen and interchangeable perforated plates — two additional grades for premium products or finer subdivision of the large range. Pyramidal hoppers with guillotine-type gates at each outlet.
- Automatic Mobile Cart with rubber paddles circulating over the sizer to keep the surface clean.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. All product-contact surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel with sanitary polish. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
