The CA 1200 takes the simple, proven architecture of the CA 1000 7T and scales it to 1,200–1,400 kg/h, with a 1200mm working-width sizer. Designed for mid-size producers who need more volume but want to keep investment reasonable — without adding cleaning screen or aspirator, assuming product enters already pre-cleaned.
Three modules at greater scale:
- Elevator with dosing hopper sized to feed 1,400 kg/h in continuous flow. Modular plastic belt with paddles, drive and tension rollers on self-aligning bearings.
- 7-Caliber Sizer - 1200mm working width with vibrating screen, interchangeable perforated plates (hole diameters chosen by the customer) and pyramidal hoppers with guillotine-type gates at each outlet.
- Automatic Mobile Cart - 1200mm with rubber paddles that travel across the sizing surface, preventing fruit from sticking to the plates.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. All product-contact surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel with sanitary polish. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
