The CA 1000 7T is our most accessible sizer: an essential three-module configuration designed for producers who already have their own pre-cleaning and only need the sizing stage. It delivers dried prunes in 7 commercial sizes (6 lateral + 1 end) with a 700–800 kg/h capacity, over a 1000mm working-width sizer.
Three modules, simple flow:
- Elevator with dosing hopper that continuously feeds the sizer, modular plastic conveyor belt with adhered paddles and bottom scraper for full unloading.
- 7-Caliber Sizer - 1000mm working width with vibrating screen and interchangeable perforated plates (hole diameters chosen according to the commercial sizes each customer wants to obtain). Pyramidal hoppers at the bottom with guillotine-type gates.
- Automatic Mobile Cart with rubber paddles circulating over the sizer, preventing fruit from sticking to the perforated plates.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. All product-contact surfaces in AISI 304 stainless steel with sanitary polish. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.
