A workflow optimized for selection:
- Platform with Control Board: the line is mounted on a stainless-steel Platform with Control Board that houses the control buttons and isolates the operator from the production floor, providing a safe, ergonomic workstation to supervise the flow.
- Controlled feeding: the process starts at a Hopper with Dosing System that feeds the line steadily and evenly, spreading the product along the belt for full visual inspection.
- Preliminary cleaning: before manual inspection, the kernel passes through a Vibrating Cleaning Screen. This stage is crucial: it removes small shell pieces and fine particles that may remain from the cracking line, presenting a cleaner product to operators and optimizing their time.
- Manual selection and quality control: the kernel advances over a wide Inspection Conveyor, with adjustable speed and built from food-grade material. The line's design provides ample working space, letting multiple operators comfortably review the product, remove any imperfections, and classify the kernel according to your quality standards.
Construction and sanitary philosophy:
Structure in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. Inspection conveyor and product-contact elements in food-grade material with sanitary surface. Dedicated lighting over the working zone for visual defect detection. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors, with electronic speed variator to adjust belt speed as needed.
