Industrial Cracking: 650 kg/h with Multiple Crackers in Parallel

Maximize your kernel value: the integral cracking solution at industrial scale.

The AP 700 brings the AP 300 philosophy to industrial regime: same complete cracking + selection + classification architecture, but with multiple parallel crackers that double capacity to 600–650 kg/h. Chosen by processors serving the kernel export market who need volume without sacrificing butterfly quality.

A complete process, from whole walnut to classified kernel:

  • Tipping and precise feeding: the line starts with a Hydraulic Bin Tipper that discharges directly to the Elevator, continuously feeding the cracker set. Continuous volume without waits between dumps.
  • Parallel cracking: the heart of the system is a Set of AP 700 Mechanical Crackers (multiple inverted cones) — multiple cracking cones in parallel, each with coated aluminum-cast exterior and mechanically-adjustable inner cone for every walnut size. This architecture delivers double the AP 300 capacity without losing breaking precision.
  • First separation stage: after cracking, a Separating Screen sized for industrial flow and a powerful Vacuum Aspirator perform the first major cleaning, separating a high percentage of broken shell.
  • Deep aspiration cleaning: an intermediate Elevator takes the pre-separated mix to a high-efficiency Mega Aspirator that removes nearly all remaining shell and light particles.
  • Final quality control: the product advances over a wide Inspection Conveyor sized to accommodate multiple operators working in parallel.
  • Kernel classification: a Final Elevator transports the clean kernel up and routes it to a Kernel Separating Screen that classifies the product into its commercial categories — butterflies (halves) and quarters — ready for packaging.

Construction and sanitary philosophy:

Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. Meshes and screens in product contact in stainless steel with sanitary polish. Cracking cones with precise mechanical adjustment, individual per size. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.

Albion technology benefits:

  • Double the capacity of the AP 300: 650 kg/h on a single line replaces two parallel AP 300 units, saving footprint and labor.
  • Halves maximization at industrial scale: the parallel set allows each cone to be tuned to the size it receives, keeping butterfly yield high even at high volume.
  • Built for long seasons: every component oversized to sustain complete harvest seasons.
  • Designed to integrate with CR 1000 6T or CR VC 2000 6T: keeps the sizing-cracking flow balanced.
  • Pre-assembled and concatenated in our workshop before dispatch — the line arrives ready to install on-site.
  • 12-month warranty on mechanical parts of our manufacture.

The AP 700 is the industrial choice: double capacity, same butterfly quality, built for processors serving kernel export markets.
