Same Industrial Capacity, Without Tipper: For Plants with Their Own Loading System

Maximize your kernel value: the integral industrial cracking solution, optimized for plants with their own loading.

The AP 700 without tipper is the AP 700 version designed for plants that already have their own tipping or direct-discharge system (silo, elevated hopper, pneumatic system, etc.) and don't need to duplicate that investment. Same complete cracking + selection + classification architecture, same industrial capacity of 600–650 kg/h.

A complete process, from sized walnut to classified kernel:

  • Direct feeding: the line starts with an Elevator sized to receive flow from your existing loading system (elevated hopper, silo, your own conveyor belt). No tipper at the head — the AP 700 without tipper is ideal for plants with continuous upstream-storage flow.
  • Parallel cracking: the heart of the system is a Set of AP 700 Mechanical Crackers (multiple inverted cones) — multiple cracking cones in parallel, each with coated aluminum-cast exterior and mechanically-adjustable inner cone for every walnut size. This architecture delivers double the AP 300 capacity without losing breaking precision.
  • First separation stage: after cracking, a Separating Screen sized for industrial flow and a powerful Vacuum Aspirator perform the first major cleaning.
  • Deep aspiration cleaning: an intermediate Elevator takes the pre-separated mix to a high-efficiency Mega Aspirator that removes nearly all remaining shell and light particles.
  • Final quality control: the product advances over a wide Inspection Conveyor sized to accommodate multiple operators working in parallel.
  • Kernel classification: a Final Elevator transports the clean kernel up and routes it to a Kernel Separating Screen that classifies the product into its commercial categories — butterflies (halves) and quarters — ready for packaging.

Construction and sanitary philosophy:

Frames and structures in SAE 1010 mild steel with anticorrosive primer and polyurethane enamel finish. Meshes and screens in product contact in stainless steel with sanitary polish. Cracking cones with precise mechanical adjustment. Drives with oil-bath gearmotors and fully shielded three-phase motors.

Albion technology benefits:

  • Optimized investment: saves the cost of the hydraulic tipper when the plant already has a loading solution.
  • Same capacity and butterfly quality as the standard AP 700: 650 kg/h without sacrificing halves yield.
  • Reduced footprint: without the tipper at the head, the line fits in more compact spaces.
  • Designed to integrate with CR 1000 6T or CR VC 2000 6T.
  • Pre-assembled and concatenated in our workshop before dispatch — the line arrives ready to install on-site.
  • 12-month warranty on mechanical parts of our manufacture.

Ideal for plants with consolidated upstream loading: automated silos, elevated hoppers, existing sizing lines.
